FAQs

Nominate

Nominate a community volunteer, leader, community-based organization, or business! Nominations are due Tuesday, May 19, by 5:00 pm. The following form is an opportunity for the community to come together to nominate individuals and community-based organizations they feel have served and supported the Tacoma-Pierce County LGBTQIA2S+ community over the last year or for many years.

You may nominate multiple individuals or organizations, and you may nominate the same individual for different eligible awards (one nomination per award). Please submit a separate form for each nomination.

Rainbow Center convenes a nomination committee each year to make selections. The nomination committee uses community nominations as a key part of its decision-making; however, it may also consider other factors in making final decisions.
