Queer Prom is an inclusive, safe, and celebratory dances designed for LGBTQ+ youth (often ages 14–24) and allies, offering a joyful alternative to traditional school proms. These events typically feature dancing, drag performances, and a space for authentic self-expression. Oasis Youth will be hosting in Tacoma on April 18 at Pacific Lutheran University. This year's theme is Inter-GAY-latic Ball!

Oasis Youth Center is excited to invite you to our annual Queer Prom!

This year's theme is Inter-GAY-latic Ball! This theme is all about dazzling the stars with your cosmic affinity. While we fully embrace and encourage everyone to dress up, this is not a requirement. We want for everyone to be comfortable and to show up as their authentic selves, so feel free to put on your best fit, or join in comfortable clothing!

This year, prom will be on Saturday, April 18th, 2026 from 7:00pm to 11:00pm at Pacific Lutheran University's (PLU) Anderson University Center, 12180 Park Ave South, Tacoma, WA 98447 (entrance by the clock tower).

Oasis' Queer Prom is for LGBTQ+ and allied youth ages 14-24 years old.
