Rainbow Resilience is a group for adults (18+) who identify as
LGBTQ+. Whether you are out and proud, still in the process of
coming out, or questioning your identity, you are welcome here!
Members of the LGBTQ+ community often face many challenges
as a result of ignorance and discrimination. These challenges can be especially difficult when combined with a disability or mental health challenge. This group is meant to provide a safe
welcoming space to share our experiences, help each other
persevere, and remain hopeful during difficult times.
