Ryan Zilker is the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer at Sound Credit Union, one of Washington state’s largest credit unions. In this role, he drives strategic planning and strengthens Sound's community impact, value proposition, and member experience.

Deeply committed to community service, Ryan is previously served as board president for the Washington CASA Association and has held leadership positions with CUES, the California Credit Union League, and the GoWest Credit Union Association. His leadership and volunteer experience aligns with his passion for fostering equity, inclusion, and belonging, particularly in supporting LGBTQ2SA communities and mission-driven initiatives.

Originally from Southern California, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Ecology from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
